Dear Friends,

At Dynamo we've been fortunate to have some of the areas finest referees work our games. At the same time, we look to help the refereeing community grow the skills of their members. How do we do this? Our referee assignor looks to match the experience level of the refereeing team with the "appropriate" level game situation. You see, at Dynamo, we seek to place each participant, player, coach and referee in a position to succeed.
