On 3 days of practice, Dynamo 92 went to Metro United and played 5 teams four of which were regionally ranked and just finishing their club seasons.  Dynamo beat Rockford Dactyls, and Tulsa 92 Red  in pool play while tying the 2008 Missouri state champ, St Louis Soccer Club Hummert.  Dynamo advanced to the semis by winning the bracket on goal differential.  On Sunday, Dynamo played 3 games in the space of 6 hours and met the Missouri state champ again in the finals where they tied 1-1 in regulation, played scoreless through double overtime and finally lost 5-4 on pks as darkness was hitting the fields.
