Dynamo Names Brian Bronowski Director of Coaching

Dynamo F.C. Hires Brian Bronowski as Director of Coaching to Lead Premier YOUTH Soccer Club

 

Jason Katner also named Junior Boys Technical Director

INDIANAPOLIS (May 5th 2009) – Dynamo F.C., a premier youth soccer club located in Indianapolis, announces the hiring of Brian Bronowski as its Director of Coaching. Bronowski, brings more than 20 years of professional, collegiate and premier youth coaching experience to the soccer club.  Most recently, he was Technical Director for Classics Hammer FC in Cincinnati.  Bronowski succeeds Marc Maxey who left the club in 2008 to pursue other interests.

“We are very pleased to have a person with Brian’s soccer experience and passion for the youth game bringing his expertise to Dynamo,” said Mark Newman, the club’s President. Bronowski, who holds a US Soccer “A” Coaching License, a National Soccer Coaches Association of America Premier Diploma, a US Youth Soccer National Youth License and a Goalkeeper License, is also a Region 2 Girls and Boys Olympic Development Program staff coach.  Chief among his responsibilities will be to create training programs and lead the Dynamo coaching staff in developing the club’s players. “Dynamo has a long tradition of soccer excellence in the state and region,” remarked Newman. “We’re looking forward to Brian leading us to new heights.”  Bronowski assumes his duties beginning May 11th.

Aiding Bronowski in his effort will be Jason Katner, who is currently coaching the Dynamo ‘93 boys’ team, and is now adding Junior Boys (U9-U13) Technical Director to his responsibilities.  Katner is a long time Dynamo coach and former coaching director for Dynamo, he brings almost 20 years of coaching experience to his new role.   His soccer experience spans playing on the original Dynamo team in 1978, founded by his father Dr. Allan Katner, in addition to North Central High School and College of William and Mary. Katner will join the three current Technical Directors, AJ McAdams (Sr. Men’s Director), Tony Jacklin (Sr. Womens’s Director) and Jimmy Carson (Jr. Girls Director) on the Dynamo coaching staff.
