Dynamo Philosophy

Dynamo FC recognizes that the club cannot function without the assistance of its participating families.  In an effort to promote cohesiveness and success of Dynamo FC, Dynamo has adopted a Volunteer Agreement Policy


This policy will apply to all Dynamo families with a player registered with the club and participating in Dynamo travel soccer.  This policy does not apply to Dynamites families.


  1. Dynamo FC requires every family with a registered soccer player from U9-U18 to volunteer a minimum of ten (10) hours for each child, with an additional two (2) hours for each additional child with a maximum of (14) hours for more than two children registered at Dynamo.
  2. Families may “buy out” of the Volunteer Agreement for a fee of $150 for the first child and $100 for each additional child.
  3. Families who do not make a good faith effort to complete required volunteer hours by June 1 of the playing year will be charged a fee of $200.  If the family completes a portion of the hours the amount will be prorated based upon the percentage of hours completed.  Dynamo will offer a “make up” opportunity of 5 hours to be applied toward the required hours.  Dynamo is not responsible for scheduling conflicts that prevent a family from completing the required hours.
  4. The Volunteer Coordinator, Team Manager, or Club Administrator will offer volunteer activities throughout the year and the required Volunteer Participation Form will be completed to obtain credit hours.  The Volunteer Coordinator, Team Manager or Club Administrator will sign the Volunteer Participation Form signifying the hours completed and applied towards the required hours.
  5. All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older  Families may have individuals younger than 18 accompany them but the child may not be left alone without the adult/parent supervising the child.

All coaches affiliated with Dynamo, F.C. are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Dynamo, its successors, heirs, or agents.


Full refunds (less the deposit) will be granted only before the 1st practice of the season and only on the approval of the club president. Refunds (less deposit) due to season ending injury will be prorated based on the number of games played to numbers of games in the players league schedule (excluding tournaments), must submit a request to the club administrator for refund within 45 days of the injury. Players leaving the club voluntarily will forfeit all fees paid. Any refund request must be made in writing to the club administrator and approved by the club president. Members will be charged a $20 administration fee for checks that are returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF).
